If you're wanting our personal shopping service (we show you all the relevant merch available and let you choose your items), this is available for large orders only (Diamond boxes and Mega Boxes). These boxes can also include clothing items - we will send you a measuring guide so that we can make sure we get the right size, since we wont be able to return them!

Boxes will not contain any jewellery items or hair accessories. Bigger boxes contain more items, and/or more expensive items.
CUSTOMISATION:
You can choose one category for us to exclude from the list above in the order notes section when checking out, or email us uk.ikigai@gmail.com. You can let us know a few of your favourite characters so we can try our best to include them.
If you're looking to avoid duplicates, you can also email us photos of items already in your collection.
Materials may vary. For example, cups could be made from Acrylic, Glass, Ceramic, Metal etc.

These boxes are designed for collectors and we recommend them for ages 15+.
If you are purchasing for a child, please note that we cannot take responsibility if your child swallows any components or causes themself injury with the items. We know it's rare, but legally we have to let you know, as some items may not contain English translations, and buyer discretion is advised. By purchasing this product, you are confirming your understanding of this information. We put a lot of care into creating these boxes for you and hope you love all your items :)

We recommend that all products are handwash only using soft cloths. Display items and figures that don't require washing should be carefully spot cleaned when needed using a soft, damp cloth.
